Cheesecake

Friday it was so boring at work I was searching the web for recipes since i like to bake. My colleague and I ware emailing about ice cream (she sits almost next to me but email is fun!) and i had bought ben and jerry strawberry cheescake icecream so i wanted to make cheesecake.

The best cheesecake I have ever eaten was the one at the othersidecafe in Boston (they have a lot of nice food and its a cool hangout)
But hey I can bake.
So I started, I have never done it before so a challenge it was.
The entire kitchen was a mess.
and stupid as i was I decided to make my own variation with white chocolade.
It turned out well but.. it was sooo sweet, because the recipe i had did not involve chocolate so it was dubble so sweet cause i used the same amount of sugar.
The only one who loved it was my mum.
